Cancellation Policy

• Please turn off your cell phone to ensure optimal relaxation during your session. • Your scheduled appointment time is reserved especially for you. • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours written notice (e.g., email) or online cancelation is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session or in case of a no-show, the session is non-refundable and the full amount will be charged. • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be cancelled and will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will still apply. • During the massage treatment you will always be properly covered. Genitalia and breast tissue will never be exposed during the session. • Before the session begins, you will have a short consultation with your therapist to discuss your needs , health history and expectations for the treatment. • If required for the session, your therapist will leave the room so that you may undress to your comfort level. • Both the client and the therapist reserve the right to end the session at any time for any reason. • Inappropriate behavior (including insults, sexual harassment, or any form of violence) will not be tolerated and may be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
